This is a small update

- I simplified the controls and removed the "run" button. 

- The character is now always in run speed. 

This should also make the game more playable with keyboard. 

- You will still jump higher when running than when standing still.

- I also added some reactive background elements: 

- The splash screen has now a bit cleaner design:

The savegames should not be broken by this update.
